Wal-Mart Money Card®

A Wal-Mart MoneyCard® can be purchased at Wal-Mart®. The card must be activated at the register. There is a $3.00 fee to activate the card. Once you have purchased the card, it must be registered. You can register your card by calling the 800 number on the back of the card or by going to the MoneyCard® website: www.walmartmoneycard.com.

The following information is required to register the card: Name, Address, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, and Phone Number.

You will also need to create a PIN during registration in order to use this card to receive cash from ATMs and make payments via some other payment websites.

Once your card is registered, it is ready to be used. You will receive a permanent card with your name on it in the mail within five to ten days.

Your Wal-Mart MoneyCard® can be reloaded at participating Wal-Mart stores or by following the directions supplied with the card. There is a reload fee of $3.00.

There is a monthly service fee of $3.00.
