Thanks to Keith M. of Raleigh , North Carolina for this suggestion.

  • After making a payment, wait two hours and call our Automated Customer Service Phone System 1-800-729-8355. When checking your balance, if your payment is not posted, please follow the voice prompts to speak with a CSR.
  • The information on the Automated Customer Service Phone System is the most current information because it is posted as soon as a payment is received. This account information is collected through the hour and posted hourly to the website and the CSRs' computers.
  • The information is then transferred to the equipment at the facility and the blocks are released.
  • It is our goal to shorten this process at every opportunity.
