• Pay Tel currently provides inmate phone service to county or city jails in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama and Florida. We are expanding to serve facilities nationwide and will update our service areas regularly. Please visit the Prepaid Account or Direct Bill Application pages on our website for a listing of the jails we serve in each state.

• We do not serve any state prisons. If you do not remember hearing Pay Tel's name when you received a call or if there is any question regarding what company provides inmate phone service, please contact the jail to confirm the service provider before attempting to open an account with Pay Tel.
