How do I find out why a number is blocked and how to unblock a number?

• When you call the automated phone system, you will be asked to enter your 10 digit phone number and to create a 6 digit PIN of your choosing for account security.

• Once you enter this information, you will be connected directly to voice prompts that will explain why your number is blocked and how to open an account to have the number unblocked.

• If your number is blocked you will need to open an account with Pay Tel to receive calls.
