How do I report low volume or poor quality phone service?

- If you are currently using a cell phone to receive calls, please check the condition when receiving calls on a regular land line phone. If the condition still exists with a land line, please send an email to csr@paytel.com. Please include your number and the date and approximate time of the calls where there was a quality problem. We will investigate including listening to available recordings of calls. Pay Tel does not provide credits for dropped calls to cell phones.
- If a problem is confirmed, you will be notified by email or phone and a credit will be issued to your account.
