How can I make a payment?

What address should I use on my account when I make a payment?

Why do I have to re-type my personal information when I make another payment?

Does Pay Tel have a way for customers to avoid interruptions in service by authorizing additional automatic payments?

Why is a fee charged to make a payment?

Why are blocks not removed immediately after a payment is made?

Why do I have to re-type my personal information when I make another payment?

Thanks to Annette D. of Angier, North Carolina for this suggestion.

  • Currently when you enter your 10 digit phone number and 6 digit PIN, your basic account information is uploaded on the account application page and the top of the payment pages.
  • For your security Pay Tel does not store your proprietary account information like credit card numbers or checking account numbers.
  • We realize it is an inconvenience for you to re-key this information, but the absolute best way to protect your proprietary information is for Pay Tel not to store it.
